Custom Orders & Sizing

All press-on nail sets are custom-made and require accurate sizing.

A sizing kit is included in the price of every custom nail set.
Sizing kits are shipped 1 business day after purchase and arrive within approximately 3 business days.
Once your sizing kit arrives, you must submit a clear photo of your selected sizes to Vali Jane Lane as instructed in your order confirmation.
Production will not begin until sizing confirmation is received.

Delays in submitting sizing information will delay your order timeline.

Production Timeline

Once sizing confirmation is received, production begins.
Production time is approximately 3 business days.
Each set is handcrafted, detailed, cured, and inspected before shipment.

Shipping

After production is complete, orders are shipped out.
Shipping time is 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

Vali Jane Lane is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

Due to hygiene standards and the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails or nail accessories.
Refunds are not offered.
Store credit may be issued at our discretion in the event of:
- Incorrect items received
- Items arriving damaged or defective

To request store credit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A brief description of the concern

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.

Non-Eligible Issues

Store credit will not be issued for:

Incorrect sizing selections
Damage caused by improper application or removal
Normal wear and tear
Change of mind or personal preference

Handmade Disclaimer

Each set is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in color, design placement, or detailing are natural and part of the handmade process. These variations do not constitute defects.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders may not be canceled or modified once a sizing kit has been shipped or production has begun.
