    All press-on nail orders are 100% custom. Accurate sizing is required for production.


    • Sizing kits are included in the pricing of all custom nail sets.

    • Sizing kits are shipped 1 business day after your order is placed.

    • Delivery of sizing kits takes approximately 3 business days.


    Once you receive your sizing kit, you must submit a clear photo of your selected nail sizes to Vali Jane Lane as instructed in your order confirmation. Production cannot begin until sizing is received.


    Production Timeline


    • Once sizing confirmation is received, production begins.

    • Custom nail production takes approximately 3 business days.

    • Each set is handmade and inspected for quality before shipment.


    Shipping Timeline


    • After production is complete, orders are shipped out.

    • Shipping time is 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.


    Total Estimated Timeline


    From the time your order is placed, please allow approximately:


    • 1 day – Sizing kit shipment

    • 3 business days – Sizing kit delivery

    • 3 business days – Production after sizing confirmation

    • 3–7 business days – Final shipping


    Delays in submitting sizing confirmation may extend your overall delivery time.

    At Vali Jane Lane, each set of press-on nails and nail accessories is carefully crafted and handled with the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails or nail accessories.


    Store Credit Eligibility

    While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to provide store credit in the following circumstances:


    • You received an incorrect item

    • Your order arrived damaged or defective

    • There is a verified issue with product quality upon arrival


    Store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s) and may be used toward any future purchase at Vali Jane Lane. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for a refund.


    How to Request Store Credit

    To request store credit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Clear photos of the item(s) showing the issue

    Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
